Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For custom builds or rooftop tents, please allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and quality testing before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium overland equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and package dimensions.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Due to safety regulations, gear that has been mounted or used in the field cannot be returned.
Are Redtail Overland products covered by a warranty?
Absolutely. All our proprietary hardware comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind while off-grid.
How do I track my freight shipment?
Large items like campers and rack systems are shipped via freight. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a phone call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
